Why I Started CV Concierge A.I.

I recently launched CV Concierge A.I. LLC — an agency that builds AI voice agents for local businesses in the Coachella Valley and Palm Springs. This is the founder story of why.

The back-office headache

Every business has a different risk profile. For owners who want the fastest path, I run everything in the cloud for them. For operations with stricter data requirements — healthcare, legal, anyone with PHI or PII concerns — I deploy the same stack on-prem. Same agent, different hosting.

Why now

The tooling finally exists to make this production-ready for small businesses without a seven-figure budget. Open-weight LLMs serve calls well enough. Self-hosted voice stacks are stable. And the local market in Coachella Valley specifically is under-served — most AI voice vendors are chasing national SaaS logos, not the HVAC shop three blocks over.
